Inspiratie voor implementatie

Diepgaand traject voor leidinggevenden die klaar zijn om voluit te gaan om een lerende organisatie te creëren waar iedere medewerker, kind en jongere zich gehoord en gezien voelt.

Margot en Lisa van CKG Sloebernest en Sloeberhof  (I-Mens) vertellen wat de implementatie van Signs of Safety reeds opleverde voor hun team en voor de kinderen en gezinnen waar ze mee werken. 

Getuigenissen

Lies was a mature coordinator of the team at youth club T-Klub. She managed to lead the youth club with respect for volunteers, colleageaus, history and context and was very much aware of future challenges. She makes adequate reflections, is highly motivated and dedicated to her job. She's a strong netwerker and good in working with young people. She has an inspiring vision on social work and is capable of binging it into practice.

Lies contributed in the board of Uit De Marge by actively questioning the why's and how's of the organisations' policy. Thus she made a real contribution to the quality of these measures and to the 'content-level' of the organisation.
On an interpersonal level she had a strong interest in and feeling for the motivation and functioning of staff members and employees.
